- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are often asked to photograph residential properties. When photographing a residential property, we take care to stage the property the best we can with minimal invasion to the property owner. We use artificial lighting to enhance and brighten each and every room we photograph while creating focus on the natural lighting. Obvious clutter is removed from the picture to portray a clean and organized feel. We also photograph the property's exterior. Several photos are taken from different angles and the best photos are chosen based on the portrayal of the property. We make sure that we capture the properties address, and any key architectural detail that makes the property unique. We are also asked to produce short walk-through videos that can be displayed on different sites such as YouTube. We create videos that are Three to Five minutes in length. These videos are a complete walk through of the property and the exterior areas of the property. The videos are recorded in 1080P High definition and several sources of auxiliary lighting are used to portray a natural and bright scene in every room.

When it comes to hiring a professional photographer to help you with your listings choosing the right photographer makes a big difference, after all, just because someone has a Digital SLR camera that does not mean they truly know how to take professional real estate photos. A professional Real Estate Photographer will have years of experience and knowledge to produce images that will help you sell your listings.
