Our attention to detail is beyond what you could ever imagine. We won't miss any little detail no matter how small. Some may call it OCD but we call it a bride's dream come true. My favorite part is how our brides and their bridal party and family get to truly enjoy their wedding and not stress about the small things on that day. To see them so happy and calm makes it all worthwhile.

I am not the person to plan ANYTHING! I almost panic at the thought of it, which is why I reached out to Vibrant Moments for help. I purchased the hands on package for my wedding, which allowed them to assist me with all of my plans from beginning to end, and was really reasonably priced. I'm so happy I did because those ladies saved my life and made my wedding the most beautiful and memorable experience of my life! They were professional, creative, patient and thorough and they took my ideas, which were very few, and turned them into a big elaborate and elegant celebration! The wedding was in June and I'm still getting compliments on how beautiful it was. I would tell anybody who listens, if you're looking for a planner, I would recommend them time and time again!

Vibrant Moments is absolutely divine! As I began my quest to find a planner, I wanted to find a person who could execute my vision with ease, passion, and undeniable professionalism. Above all, I wanted chemistry ! My desire was to find a person of robust experience and a distinct ability to be in my head , and my heart, when it came down to decision making .Shay Gordon and her team over delivered! They are nothing short of MAGICAL!!! The women of Vibrant Moments will blow you away, period .My experience turned out to be quite unique.I didn't get married.Weeks before the wedding, my fiancé and I called it off.I bet you were not expecting that? Shay and her team came through like a storm and helped me handle contracts, payments and everything else that comes with a wedding that doesn't happen .She helped me mend unfinished business with vendors and played a critical role in helping me mend a broken heart.Its easy to review a company where everything goes to plan. What happens in moments of controversy ? That's when true professionals show up and make life easy ! Shay, I am forever grateful to you and Bri. .You are the ultimate wedding planner and I look forward to working with again ! Wink !

My husband and I did not realize how stressful planning our wedding would be. I know I literally felt like I was going to pull out my hair (and my fiancé's!!). Fortunately, a close friend suggested I hire a wedding coordinator to assist with the big day. Vibrant Moments saved our sanity! Shay and Janean were proactive, professional, organized, thoughtful, flexible and problem solvers. They reminded us about tasks we never even thought of. They also were informal marriage counselors during those planning conference calls when my fiancé and I had to make decisions LOL! But seriously, they helped us talk through some tough decisions related to the wedding ceremony and reception. Leading up to the wedding, they checked in with the bridal party and all the vendors to ensure our big day was perfect. And when the wedding day finally came, they were on the scene taking care of every detail, big and small. I mean, they showed up with this supply basket that had so much stuff in it it had to be like a magician's hat. One of my bridesmaid's needed a phone charger - they had that. One of my othe bridesmaid's broke her earring - they broke out the glue gun. They had tissues, mints...you name it. And most important, they were fun, had positive attitudes and truly made us feel like the success of our wedding was as important to them as it was to us. We can't thank them enough for all they did to help make our big day special.

Vibrant Moment delivered in every single area and detail for my 30th Birthday party. Everything was PERFECT. The decor was phenomenal and the party flowed seamlessly. I would highly recommend Vibrant Moments to anyone who is looking for a party planner.

I really don't know where to start! The staff of Vibrant Moments is awesome! I appreciate their attention to all the small details that made my husbands event such a success. They helped me capture the true essence of his personality and character! I'm also overjoyed that they helped me stay within my budget and ultimately helped me to come in under budget for this event without loosing an ounce of elegance! I look forward to working with them again soon!
