Ricardo did a good job pleasing my fussiness about how my windows needed to be cleaned. His partner who did the inside cleaning was sloppy and was not thorough. Ricardo and I talked about what was expected in the cleaning and I was charged extra for that thoroughness. The top of the window sills on the inside were not even wiped, the side tracks were left untouched. My windows are tilt in's, top & bottom, which if the inside person did them the way they are suppose to be done, they would have been a lot cleaner. Ricardo used a cleaning pad & squeegie and should have used his hands and a rag with his cleaning solution. The frame around the screens didn't look wiped down.
