Hi, my name is Jessica. I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years and became a certified instructor in 2021. I am deeply passionate about movement, breath, human consciousness and connection. Yoga and meditation initially came into my life as an outlet to overcome drug addiction. As I grow and face different challenging experiences, I continue to lean on my practice as a way to get through.
I have felt the effects of yoga change my life, specifically to help me calm and manage my nervous system - something I have struggled with since I was a little girl. I find it incredible that we have the ability to change our state of being just by tuning in and connecting. We are so much more powerful and than we believe and I a here to help you find your inner strength.
