Introduction: YoSoul Yoga’s mission is to provide a serene environment for people to grow in their spiritual and physical practice through movement and meditation. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. My love for yoga came from wanting to find an intimate space to connect with my mind, body and spirit. I want to share my love and passion for yoga with others. My style is warm and caring which draws individuals to her. Be ready to enter a Vinyasa practice that will comfort the mind, relax the body, and enlighten the spirit. I also offer chair yoga for those individuals who are looking for a gentle form of yoga. Currently, I teach at Studio Yogi, Stay Essential Fitness and Trinity United Church of Christ.

Yolander from YoSoul Yoga was absolutely amazing at our last month's Yoga event! The ladies who attended had a great time and although were most beginners, no one felt out of place. It was a wonderful time of yoga and Mimosas...What could be better!
