I trusted Innovative 23 Construction for my bathroom remodel. My partner and I had overcommitted ourselves to a DIY project and needed help from a professional to complete the project (bathroom was demo’ed down to studs when he started). We found Juan on Thumbtack. He completed the project within the estimated timeline, was personable, professional, transparent with expenses, adapted to my ever changing ideas, was resourceful, and diligent throughout. He identified key existing issues with previous plumbing and fixed promptly. He even made sure to come back a week after the project was complete to ensure all was working according to our needs. Work was picture perfect- installed 2 exterior doors- no gaps, squared off perfect, sealed and waterproofed, and the locks work, removed all garbage- I will call them again

Innovative 23 construction did an amazing job on what started as a bathroom remodel and then I added 4 door replacement’s! Juan and his coworker were very kind, professional and had patience with having to do extra repairs for me. I added to the job and Juan was very understanding and even went to get doors for me since I was at work. We ran into some issues and Juan handled it professionally and had no problem resolving it for me. They were very trustworthy that I was able to open my house to them and allow them to work while I was working. They worked from the time they arrive to end time. I would definitely hire them again to do more projects for me. Attached are before and after photos
