- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new customer consists of an on-time meet and greet with my checklist ready to record instruction. If acceptable there will be before pictures taken for portfolios and after pictures when completed with assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained all my life in cleaning by my grandmother and mother. It is in me like my bones, always there. We are always training. I watched my father and grandfather maintain,repair or replace things in the home.
