- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for any lawn care professional bases their prices based on difficulty of the job. Trees, hills, etc vs a flat smooth lawn will cost differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer requests a quote they will be contacted via their preferred method as soon as possible to set up service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as a mechanic and most recently received my CDL which allows me to manage and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
