FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can expect the same process for both speaking and coaching contracts. It starts with a phone call or a meeting where we discuss your needs and agree to expectations. Afterwards, you'll receive an outline of the speech or coaching program I intend to use. Once you approve, you'll receive a letter of intent with the agreed upon terms and fee. As the day of the speech approaches, we will be in contact regarding facility requirement and other pertinant details. After the day of the speech, you will receive an invoice over email.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In late 2016, I helped the National Recreation Parks Association out of a jam. They unfortunately had a speaker cancel just before their National Conference. The meeting planner asked around the St. Louis area for someone qualified to be a last minute speaker. They called me and I accepted the speech. Within the course of two weeks, I was able to prepare a speech to satisfy the topic that already been chosen. I gave the presentation and it was a hit! Here is some of the feedback that I received: "Great Session and Material" -- "Overall good session and speaker... and a few home runs too" -- "Great session. He was great and fully engaged the participants." -- "Mission accomplished! Thank you! Very engaging and thought provoking."
