We were looking for a service to start while we prepare for our little one's arrival and biweekly through the summer, and I'm sooo happy we chose Thrive and Shine!! Tiffany and Maria are AMAZING!!! The level of TLC and detail that went into the initial cleaning exceeded our expectations. Beyond grateful for their hospitality, standard of cleanliness, and communication. As a bachelor, I wasn’t sure how I felt about my girlfriend hiring a professional cleaning service at first. But let me tell you I’m so glad she did. Tiff and Mari from Thrive & Shine Cleaning Service were absolutely awesome. I work from home, and they made the entire experience so convenient and peaceful it honestly felt like they weren’t even there. They were very polite, professional, and thoughtful the whole time. I also have a German Shepherd named Charlie who sheds like crazy, and somehow they managed to clean everything so well you wouldn’t even know a dog lived here. That alone impressed me. What really blew my mind was how they organized my workspace. I didn’t even realize how much I needed that until I saw the finished result. Everything looked amazing and made working from home feel so much better. I will definitely be hiring them again actually, I’m already due for a deep cleaning soon. This will absolutely be my go-to cleaning service from now on. Worth every penny.

Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms, and the level of cleaning needed. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out jobs, and homes with heavy buildup take more time and may have an additional fee.
We offer discounts for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings. All prices cover two cleaners, supplies, and quality work from start to finish. No hidden fees — everything is explained upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions about your home and what type of cleaning you need. Then we provide a clear quote, schedule a time that works for you, and confirm everything before arriving.
When we come to your home, we do a walkthrough first, complete the job thoroughly, and follow up afterward to make sure you’re happy with the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on residential and commercial cleaning experience, training in sanitation standards, proper product use, and organizing systems. We stay updated on the best methods for bathrooms, kitchens, stainless steel, and deep-cleaning techniques to protect your home and surfaces.
