- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms, and the level of cleaning needed. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out jobs, and homes with heavy buildup take more time and may have an additional fee. We offer discounts for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings. All prices cover two cleaners, supplies, and quality work from start to finish. No hidden fees — everything is explained upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions about your home and what type of cleaning you need. Then we provide a clear quote, schedule a time that works for you, and confirm everything before arriving. When we come to your home, we do a walkthrough first, complete the job thoroughly, and follow up afterward to make sure you’re happy with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on residential and commercial cleaning experience, training in sanitation standards, proper product use, and organizing systems. We stay updated on the best methods for bathrooms, kitchens, stainless steel, and deep-cleaning techniques to protect your home and surfaces.
