Go their website and get a feel for them. Look at their bio and talk with them as well. If you decide to talk to them, try to come up with a list of questions to ask them.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Therapists could be active participants in your recovery. Although some clients may benefit from a less direct route with their therapist, I am actively involved and engaged with my clients.
