  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    As a rule I do a minimum of 20 continuous education hours per year. When it comes to nutrition we have half day meetings 9 months out of the year. This keeps my fitness and nutrition up to date with any and all developments.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Even though I have been active in fitness all of my life I forgot about myself some time ago and got up to 237 Lbs. at 5' 6" tall. I have been there and understand the challenges that you have. It's a tough road but its worth every bit of it. P.S. I made a full comeback in 18 months and reached my goal weight of 145 Lbs. If I can do it, anyone can - you just need to be guided in the right direction.
