- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not greedy, we work on relationships not massive profits. We prefer long lasting relationships at fair prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Message to introduce myself and the company, call them after so it’s not a surprise, get scope of work and draw up estimate and renderings, let specific members of my crew know the days of the project, receive the deposit, purchase materials, get permits if needed, and begin work asap.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Began flipping homes with my father at age 10, went to school at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and studied Real Estate Development & Construction while volunteering for Habitat For Humanity building homes around the nation. Flipped 20 homes + before I began my development firm and then loved construction more so I ran them both working off one another.
