Eric explained that he could work with the tub I already had instead of tearing everything out. He put in a tub conversion, reglazed the tub, added grab bars and also changed out my toilets. It ended up costing just a very small fraction of what I had been quoted from the previous company. He took his time, explained things to me and made sure everything looked right before he was finished.
