I was a little concerned about a Facebook ad (I'm kinda old and old school construction based) and asked him for references. He sent them over via text. I called 2 of the 3 he provided and was amazed by the kind words his past clients had for him and his crew. Based on those references, I had him come over and get me a quote to level and sod my front yard. His quote came in exactly where I thought it should be and I hired him. After a couple of legitimate weather delays (with excellent communication via text) the truck of sod and local dirt hauler showed up. I did need to pay the dirt hauler directly (scheduling and cash flow issues) but the next day a team showed up and made my front yard look amazing. I added a "little patch" of work to the scope which required another batch of sod which Jeyson picked up and installed at a very reasonable additional charge. I plan on hiring JB and his team again in 2026 after I get some fill dirt piled up in my BACK yard!"See more
