- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is individualized depending on the type of service provided and the specific details of the customer's request. I accept cash payment and also offer payment through Paypal at no additional cost to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to a new customer about their goals and expectations, and listen to them carefully to get a more complete understanding of the job parameters. I also explain precisely what my fees entail, outline a time frame for task completion, and answer any questions the customer has about payment and performance. I also provide a contract to the customer covering all the details of our agreement for longer or more complex projects such as book editing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple M.A. degrees, and am a certified teacher with almost three decades of experience. I also own a publishing company, have a strong editing and writing background, and am familiar with all aspects of the revised ACT and SAT exams.
