These guys were amazing they responded as soon as I submitted my request. They always clean to perfection and if there’s anything wrong they walkthrough with you and with no attitude they will go over anything you want redone or cleaned better. The owners are very nice and I enjoyed their story of how they started as college students being friends and now they own a business together. Definitely recommend them and I will be using them through 2023 as well.

N and D Services did a great job doing my home. They came and gave me a quote and once we agreed on a price. They had me booked and finished that same week for a deep cleaning.

The company was very nice during the initial conversation. My cleaner canceled last minute, so I had to find a back-up on short notice. This was the first time I didn’t read reviews sadly and I wish I had because the work was very subpar. The nightstands, master bedroom desk, washer, and dryer were not dusted at all. None of the beds were made. Major areas were skipped over or missed like dirt and debris under the sofa and most corners of the home. They offered to send someone out to re-clean but I doubt it would be much better the second time around. Very disappointed. Back to my search for finding a good cleaner in Naperville.

The cleaner skipped major areas of the home, like the stairwell & kitchen floor. The owner was nice && offered to clean those areas when I brought it to his attention, but the overall cleaning quality was still very poor. They didn’t sweep/mop under coffee tables or desks, claimed to have swept/mopped in the bedrooms & bathrooms, but there was visible debris. Skipped most tables in the home. They did dust my nightstand, but there was a ring of dust around a lamp & a book where they didn’t bother to dust under them. The cleaner is either inexperienced or cut a lot of corners.
