Contact this company on Monday, May 19. Technician came to my house on the same day. Supposedly diagnosed the issue with my Bosch range as needing a new control panel. Told me he was going to price the part and call me with the information within a couple of days.
He definitely collected their $60 service fee, and I assumed I would get this $60 off the price of the repair.
When I didn’t hear back from this company, I called Bosch appliance repair, and they came on Friday, May 23. After explaining to the Bosch technician what was happening, he diagnosed it and had it fixed in 30 minutes, and there were no new parts required. Who knows how much I would have had to pay for a new part and a repair that really wasn’t needed had this company actually gotten back with me after the initial service call/visit.
I can only assume that this company is out to scam people for a $60 service call and move on to the next victim. Be forewarned.
