- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My on-site fees are hourly with travel applied pending distance, my fees in shops are generally fixed rates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically give new customers 10% off my normal pricing, When they give me a machine for one problem, I check the whole machine for other issues. I want to make sure their machine runs as long as humanly possible. Buying a new machine isn't always the answer. By coming here we will maximize the machine's fullest potential. We aren't the cheapest, but we are the best!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the field for 20years, starting with computer repairs and I branched out from there into mac repairs. I have extensive experience with hardware and software repairs and can handle pretty much anything throw at me
