I was able to get in contact with Maks late at night after finding out our sump pump finally gave out. Max messaged me back very promptly to look at a drain vent that was leaking. While he was investigating, he found a faulty shut off valve. He replaced the valve and explained my options regarding the drain vent. He suggested that we try to just seal it with cement and watch it for now. He also replaced the shut off valve for my toilet all at a very reasonable price. He was very clean and respectful. I highly recommend Max for all your plumbing needs.
