We own a vacation rental and our guests reported a clogged drain late in the evening. We contacted Max and he responded promptly that he could go out that evening or in the morning. Since it wasn't an emergency we waited until morning but he was prompt, sent photos and made the transaction super easy since we live out of state. Highly recommend!

Communicated well, showed up on time, accessed the leak and determined leak was from the main line and would be a huge repair needing a large company and not a sole proprietor. Appreciate his honesty and will use him for any smaller repairs in the future. BTW: there was no service charge.
