- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always ask if I am running any special the month you are booking. There is a travel fee if I have to drive more than 1 hr to the location. Down payment is require for weddings. Down payment require for photo sessions when more than one customer is requesting same date and time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- After customer contact me, booking it's very simple, I ask for info as names, location, time. - I normally send a confirmation of booking by email. - Bookings made 1 month and up prior event require 20% down payment to save the date. ( Down Payment its not refundable) - I am always available to discuss ideas. - I normally arrive to events and photoshoots about 15-30 min prior to start, so I can check out the place. - Weddings It take 1-3 week ( depends on demand ) to get your photos. - When photos or video are ready I send everything by mail in USB driver if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to film school for 4 years in Mexico City .
