I received a call from JP at Sai after posting a job on Thumbtack. During our discussion, we discussed the details of his service and my expectations. I informed him that I had received other quotes that I was considering. JP then offered to match their price and service, which led me to choose him for the job. However, he did not follow through on the UV light treatment that was promised at the quoted price during our call. This was disappointing, but overall, I found the service to be satisfactory. I suggest getting everything in writing from them to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
