Alex was very responsive to my initial request, contacted me in less than 30 minutes. His daughter called to schedule service; Alex was available in a matter of days. He showed up on time, had all the tools necessary to perform the install of my 5 blinds and cleaned up when he was done. I would highly recommend and use him again.
