Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the work. I always strive to offer competitive rates and provide discounts for multiple services or repeat customers. All costs are transparent and clearly outlined in the initial proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by conducting an on-site assessment and discussing the client’s requirements. I then develop a detailed work plan and provide a comprehensive estimate that includes costs and timelines. Throughout the project, I maintain open communication with the client to keep them updated on progress and make adjustments if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in “Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving,” along with additional education in information security. Furthermore, I hold certifications in occupational safety and health standards (OSHA), which allows me to carry out any installation and construction work with precision and safety.
