Maksim was very responsive to my needs. The store delivered my boards and left them in the rain. Which got water logged and had to be returned. Maksim went above and beyond the scope of the job and went too the sites with new to exchange the boards.

Had a great experience with Lynxman! He installed our retractable awning and did an excellent job from start to finish.

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and estimated time required for each project. Smaller jobs may be priced hourly, while larger projects are typically quoted at a fixed project price. Materials are usually separate unless otherwise agreed. I provide clear pricing before work begins so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project with the customer and review photos and details whenever possible. I then provide an estimate or recommend an on-site estimate when necessary. Once the scope and price are agreed upon, we schedule the work and I keep the customer informed throughout the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes primarily from hands-on residential repair, installation, and home improvement work. I have practical experience with flooring, doors, drywall, painting, trim and finish work, and a wide range of general home repairs.
