He was very responsive. But my thought was that he was gonna come with some basic parts to be able to fix the dryer. But he did not bring a belt and some rollers which I would think most companies would have on hand. So we had to wait three additional days till he got the parts in. But he did fix the dryer and was very kind and like I said, kept in touch with us about the delivery of the products and when he would be back out. This is my first time using your app, but I look forward to using it for more projects.
