A HUGE thank you to Priority Property Maintenance, Mike, and especially Joe!We approved a tenant with less than a week until move-in and suddenly found ourselves with a punch list we couldnt finish on our own. Our property is in an older 1950s building, so nothing is ever quite standard unique closet door openings, oddly sized windows, tricky A/C installations, and plenty of little quirks that require some creativity.Mike was able to get Joe out to us almost immediately, and Joe truly went above and beyond. He tackled every challenge we threw at him, found solutions when things werent straightforward, and even worked late two nights in a row to make sure everything was ready for our tenant.Weve worked with other handymen who have told us certain things couldnt be done because of the nuances of the building. Joes approach was completely different, he figured out how to make it happen, and he did it right.We couldnt be happier with the work or the service we received. Priority Property Maintenance has absolutely earned our trust. Thank you, Mike and Edgar! We had an old, clunky garbage disposal that only worked when it felt like it, so we reached out to Mike to see if this was a service they offered. Mike was incredibly responsive and even offered same-day service if we needed it urgently.Edgar came to the house fully prepared with a new disposal and had everything taken care of quickly. He was professional, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and took the time to walk us through proper maintenance and what to do if we ever think it isnt working correctly.Great service from start to finish. Priority came in and repaired two exterior doors and an interior door. Edgar arrived promptly, worked efficiently and took care of some additional cosmetic items (beyond scope). I highly recommend!
