We wanted to upgrade our 750sft basement from carpet to LVP and got the Mahogany high gloss planks from Floor & Decor. After talking to couple of contractors on Thumbtack we chose DAL Quality and we are so happy we did. Claudiu and his team are wonderful to work with. Their quote was the most reasonable we have received. Joana was always available to answer our queries through calls and chats any time of the day and she updates the document of work on regular basis. It was very clear before we signed. They finished the work in 2 days and Claudiu especially took great care about details and made sure to communicate everything beforehand with us so that we are on same page. He is very fast and thorough with his work. Our main concern were the stairs and he made sure that it turned out beautiful. We have received so many compliments and so pleased on how it turned out.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a fixed price per square feet since mostly all projects differ from each other. Rather, price is built considering all the other necessary steps needed in order to fully complete a floor installation or replacement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new lead/customer we try to reach out on the Thumbtack app. If we don't hear anything from the customer on the app then we follow up with a phone call or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our team members have oversees flooring installation experience as well as many years of experience installing in US for others flooring companies such as Empire Today, Home Depot, Luna, Floor and Decor etc.
