Our pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of the space, as well as the type of cleaning service requested (standard, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, etc.). We offer competitive rates and occasional discounts for recurring customers or bundled services. There are no hidden fees — all costs are clearly discussed upfront before the job begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your needs during a brief consultation, either by phone or online. Then we schedule a visit based on your availability. On the first visit, our team arrives fully equipped and ready to work. After the job is done, we follow up to ensure you’re satisfied and to address any feedback. If you’re happy with the service, we can set up regular cleanings or assist you as needed in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional cleaning techniques, including the safe use of cleaning products and proper sanitation practices. We stay up to date on industry standards, including eco-friendly methods and COVID-19 disinfection protocols. All staff go through a thorough onboarding process and receive ongoing training to ensure quality and safety.
