Sanela was polite and punctual. It was snowing the day of the appointment and she still arrived right on time. I had reached out to her about a complete bathroom cleaning and she responded quickly. She was able to accommodate my time constraint, which I greatly appreciated. It took her a little over an hour to to the job and I was pleased with her work. I will definitely be requesting her services again.

I contacted Sanela via thumbtack requesting for an estimate for home cleaning. She promptly called me back and was at my home within the next couple of hours to provide an estimate. During our walkthrough I had lots of questions for Sanela. She answered each and everyone of those questions patiently offering specific details. She was not evasive in her responses which indicates co-operation and adaptation to the home owner's needs. I had certain expectations in terms of pricing : per hour vs per job etc. She answered those questions too and offered me options to chose one. Prior to her I had interviewed two other ladies who were creative in inventing additional business opportunities by pointing to "dusty areas" in the house. Sanela saw the entire house as one unit that needs regular cleaning. Plain and simple. I did not hear words like "you need deep cleaning or this requires additional attention etc". I have not used her services as yet since my former cleaning lady is back after taking a break for personal reasons. I hope to hire Sanela for my future needs.

Sanela is wonderful both professionally and personally. I was in need of a new house cleaner, but did not want to go with a large corp and prefer small business and supporting women!! She is very thorough and asked questions prior on what my needs were with my home. The first visit she took her time, cleaned very well and asked me to check if there was anything else or if it was how I wanted the cleaning done. I am grateful to have found her through Thumbtack because it is so hard to find someone that is good, trustworthy and has fair/ average pricing. I wrote the review because I know I read them and that's how I was fortunate to find her! Also, she is flexible with days, weeks or monthly cleaning which is also a big plus. K.P.
