We hired Rad from Rads Welding to replace the 6 gates and fence at three of our properties, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Rad is extremely experienced, professional, and very easy to work with. From our first meeting, he took the time to walk through each property, discuss the work that needed to be done, and explain the process clearly. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Rad and his team made sure everything was measured properly, installed correctly, and finished cleanly. The quality of the welding and installation was outstanding, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The new gates and fence look great and feel very solid and well-built. We saved thousands of dollars compared to other welding companies in Chicago. Rad was also very friendly, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire project. He showed up when he said he would, kept everything organized, and made the process smooth and stress-free for us. If you’re looking for someone dependable who does high-quality welding and fence work, I highly recommend Rads Welding. We are extremely happy with the results and would absolutely hire Rad again for future projects.

Very nice work. Gave us 3 options on what we can have done for our iron fence gate to work the way it should. He was very explanatory and very patient in our decisions. I highly recommend our guy with a 10 star if they have instead of a five-star. My husband is so excited and happy that he still talks about how easy and safe our gate is after trying with others, and no one couldn't figure it out. Thank you again, Rad. 💓

I cannot say enough great things about Rad and the incredible work he did for us. He helped us weld our LiftMaster dual swing gate opener, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Rad was not only highly knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a genuine and professional attitude. What truly stood out was his dedication and work ethic. Despite the bitter cold and strong winds, Rad showed up ready to work and never once cut corners. He stayed focused, worked diligently, and made sure the job was completed to a high standard. That level of commitment is something you don’t see every day. On top of that, his pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of work and the challenging conditions he worked in. My wrought iron gate was stuck shut and could not open (not lock issue, but due to heavy door shifted overtime). Rads welding came by on Sunday, identified the problem and resolved the issue in a swift and even coated rusted part with paint. Now my gate swings open and shut smoothly without any issue. Professional, honest, high integrity contractor. Highly recommended to anyone who needs help with gates/fences.
