- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know I maintain extremely high standards and all installations should stand up to the life of your product. I only use High Grade Mounting Materials. I follow local codes, standards and practices to ensure the safest, sleekest and strongest installs. Whether televisions, speakers, cameras, doorbells, I treat everything as if it were my home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to hear a customers vision first before I set an expectation. There’s always something you might overlook that may have to be addressed or makes you view things differently. Once I understand a clients vision then we can begin to mold a space to their needs.

Bachelors of Radio TV Broadcasting 16 Years as a Field Tech Supervisor, Trainer and Manager for XFINITY and Astound CEDIA Certified Infrastructure Technician Certified Control4 Integrator & Programmer.
