- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and reasonable according what you are requesting to be done. minimum fee is $35 (for travel)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
it is basically a matter of discovering what need is to met and meeting that need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Main thing I have is experience in the industry. with a total of 31 years and counting ( 15 years as a loan officer, 5 years as a a Realtor, 2 years as a Personal Banker (also closing loans) and 9 years and counting as a Notary Signing Agent where I conduct Loan Closings.
