Tom Baxter did a great job. He called a head to advise of his arrival time and arrived within that time frame. He explained each step of the diagnostic inspection in detail before starting the job. He patiently answered every question asked of him regarding the job and would reference village, city, county, state, and union electrical codes that would need to be met when repairing the service issue. Tom Baxter has years of experience and was a member of the IBEW in the city of Chicago. He is thorough in his work and when the job is completed and the job site cleaned, he'll ask the customer to review the completed job and if it meets their satisfaction. I would recommend Tom Baxter for any electrical service repair. Thank you, Darrell Anthony Woods.

I had what I thought was a faulty hard-wired smoke detector that kept going off. I called for service and was thrilled that they were able to see me the same day in spite of a full schedule. Tom got here and immediately figured out that it wasnt the smoke detector, it was the alarm for the inactive ADT system. He removed it, along with my risk of a heart attack from the sheer volume of the alarm , and even took a quick look at my actual smoke alarms to make sure they were functioning properly. He explained everything clearly and concisely. Hell be the guy I request if I ever need service from them again. I definitely recommend this company!
