My job is to offer support and clarity during tough times. * I believe that children deserve to be treated with respect and unconditional love. At the same time, parents should be allowed to make mistakes, take breaks, and ask for help. * I tend to think about medication, especially for children, as a last resort to be considered only after trying other behavioral types of intervention.
