- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is standardized and services are fully customizable. Our website is set up to build custom quotes, so check it out and don't hesitate to call with any questions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since all events are different, we encourage everyone to give us a call to determine what is required from us. We are also available via text, email, Facebook message, and Google hangouts. If you would like to meet in person you can stop by our studio in Downers Grove where we have hours by appointment. For our DJ an MC services we encourage our customers to setup a meeting with the DJ that will be running their event. Once we figure out the details and finalize a quote we will take a deposit to secure the date, and setup an online planning document and payment account.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Though our core business is weddings, we have done many corporate parties and school dances as well. We typically work directly with our customers, but also work through planners and talent agencies for our larger clients.
