- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I make sure I am up to date on all the tax changes by attending countless hours of continuing education every year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work when I was a manager at a restaurant in southern Illinois. I saw how their Accountant was not giving them advise and I heard many complaints by the owner on how he thought his Accountant was not helping him out and not saving him money on his taxes. I knew then that I wanted to do something and help those types of businesses thrive.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I perform for my clients are payroll, bookkeeping, sales tax, tax returns and analysis for every type of entity.
