Brandon came by today and cleaned our basement carpet/stairs + a rug. Did a fantastic job. On time + pofessional! We had moved most of the things from our basement... we tried our best to make things as easy as possible, but had to leave bigger items. He moved those items on his own when it was necessary. Thank you for your honesty about how often we needed to get the carpetcleaned!

Advanced Floor Cleaning did a fantastic job. I decided to hire them after I witnessed their work on my neighbor's carpet. After crossing my icy driveway and carrying the cleaning equipment upstairs, the work began. Spot cleaning was explained to me and an offer was made to come back out if the spot reappeared (it can resurface from the padding). I heartily recommend them for their professionalism and their expertise...and mostly the thorough cleaning of my carpet and area rug (bonus: my home smells wonderful!)

A-m-a-z-i-n-g! Hired Advanced Floor Cleaning for both carpet/tile cleaning in preparation of selling my home. So in awe of how great my 18 year old carpet looks and feels that I am sad to sell it! Brandon was personable, professional and punctual. He explained to me what he was going to do, why he was using the process he chose, and how long it would take. I would hire AFC for my next home without hesitation!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% Discount to Seniors, Active Military & Military Veterans & First Responders.
We prefer cash/check payments. We accept credit/debit cards but we charge a 5% Credit card processing fee for debit & credit cards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-home estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC ( Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification ) Certified in Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning. Also Certified through Shaw. Taken classes on Hardwood cleaning and VCT Refinishing. Even taken classes on epoxy installation just to learn the best ways to clean epoxy floor. We stay up do date with education in the industry and make sure to take at least 2 classes per year that pertain to the flooring industry.
