Brandon came by today and cleaned our basement carpet/stairs + a rug. Did a fantastic job. On time + pofessional! We had moved most of the things from our basement... we tried our best to make things as easy as possible, but had to leave bigger items. He moved those items on his own when it was necessary. Thank you for your honesty about how often we needed to get the carpet cleaned!

We went online to search for floor tile cleaning service, upholstery, and carpet cleaning. We were surprised to see a service in our village. This is a new company in the Village of Gilberts. Brandon came to our house. Gave us a bid that we thought was fair. We had this work done in the past and had an idea what it should be. Brandon did a great job. A new small business in our village and hope they are successful. Good Luck

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% Discount to Seniors, Active Military & Military Veterans & First Responders. We prefer cash/check payments. We accept credit/debit cards but we charge a 5% Credit card processing fee for debit & credit cards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free in-home estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC ( Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification ) Certified in Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning. Also Certified through Shaw. Taken classes on Hardwood cleaning and VCT Refinishing. Even taken classes on epoxy installation just to learn the best ways to clean epoxy floor. We stay up do date with education in the industry and make sure to take at least 2 classes per year that pertain to the flooring industry.
