- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
one standard pricing that we have is for a 12 x 12 bedroom one coat on the ceiling one coat on the trim and two coats of paint on the walls is $500 there are others too but mainly I like to deal with more custom carpentry
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when you hire me ,you hire me I rarely use outside subcontractors except for electrical and plumbing if need be. I'll be there on the job everyday and if there's any questions or concerns I address them as soon as they are brought to my attention. I like to make the homeowner feel comfortable at all times and I am very easy to work with
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied under several contractors before I started my own business I also took three years of high school in a Building Trades class called PAC also taking a few classes in the College of Lake County and Building Trades and building management
