- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price is 75 per hour for 2 movers (labor only) this service is good for loading and unloading, and for in-home moves. For 2 movers and a truck, we charge 90/ hour. We commonly provide more than 2 movers for larger moves. We have a 3 hour minimum charge, plus a 1 time travel charge that takes into account for the distance to and from our facility in Bartlett.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give FREE ESTIMATES over the phone, or in-home. We typically give over-the-phone estimates for smaller moves and last minute moves, and we typically give in-home estimates for larger moves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured to transport household goods in the state of Illinois. All of our employees are screened, and also trained to properly and safely move furniture. Being listed on Thumbtack doesn't guarantee that a company is licensed. To check if a company is licensed, they should have a "credentials" tab on their Thumbtack page, and that will verify if they are licensed. If your mover can not be found on here, they are illegally operating without proper licensing.
