- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Owner: I decided to get into my line of work because it's been a passion of mine since I was a child. I have always liked to build and fix stuff. I don't like how cheaply built things are now a days. So, for the most part I build all my own stuff and I make sure it can endure a lot of weight along with wear and tear.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you do your homework on what materials cost, take into consideration if they pick them up and pay for them out of pocket that there will be an extra charge, and do not settle for the cheapest bid because there is an overall average price for average work. Time is money and perfection takes time.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is a lot of unforseeables and there is a lot of tedious tasks that going to making home remodeling look exquisite. finish work definitely takes patience and pride in your work in order to acquire the skills necessary to reach the overall goal.
