John did a lot of work for me at a property I was preparing to sell. The work ranged from plumbing & heating to various maintenance work like installing a bathroom vanity. The vanity took some customization as he cut off several inches of the vanity but also had to cut water and drain pipes in order to make it fit as the area was not a standard fit. Not only was John's work excellent but he was also extremely neat and clean. I would highly recommend John to anyone (and have already) as he is extremely knowledgeable as well as personable and on time. As some people learn the hard way, not everyone delivers all they say they are going to do, John did everything and more and I won't hesitate to use him again or refer him to anyone.

Great expierence. Explained the work to be done very clearly and kept within the Price which was quoted . Very hard and meticulous worker who completed the project on time. Also very neat, cleaned up great after the job was done

John came to my home to fill in a huge hole in my wall (used for a TV) move electrical and put specific and custom glass shelves up. My mom actually recommended him because he actually built a closet in her home. First of all John was extremely friendly and came up with different ideas for the space. He also came early and stayed late to finish the job. He was dependable and called when he would maybe be 2-3 minutes late. The space looks awesome and my husband and I were so happy! John was excellent! Very responsive and very fair! He repaired my furnace on the coldest day of the year! And also cleaned the furnace and air ducts as well! Excellent and highly recommended. Will be using again!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Owner: I decided to get into my line of work because it's been a passion of mine since I was a child. I have always liked to build and fix stuff. I don't like how cheaply built things are now a days. So, for the most part I build all my own stuff and I make sure it can endure a lot of weight along with wear and tear.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you do your homework on what materials cost, take into consideration if they pick them up and pay for them out of pocket that there will be an extra charge, and do not settle for the cheapest bid because there is an overall average price for average work. Time is money and perfection takes time.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is a lot of unforseeables and there is a lot of tedious tasks that going to making home remodeling look exquisite. finish work definitely takes patience and pride in your work in order to acquire the skills necessary to reach the overall goal.
