John came over to install the new humidifier. He is professional, reasonable, responsible with his work. I will call him for any of my HVAC work in future. Keep doing the good work John and great to have you in the area.Jan 15, 2016Verified
Initially, John seemed polite and able to perform the work that was presented. However, he was not able to tile shower walls. Since he already cashed the checks he received from my insurance company, I requested he return an amount that was needed to complete the job. He refused, but gave the new contractor 1/4 of the money even though he didn't even do 3/4 of the work. So, it turns out not only is he incompetent, he's a thief and will be reported and reviewed in the appropriate arenas. (I had to give one star minimum so it would post the review, if no stars could be given, that's what I'd do.)Apr 8, 2015Verified
