- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service is free to all home buyers, as the seller usually pays my costs/salary. For home sellers, I offer competitive pricing. In addition, I offer commission rebates at closing to all military, police, fire, EMS, educators, and medical professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will be provided with unlimited consultations and a customized plan of action to help them achieve their real estate goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Illinois licensed real estate broker. I regularly attend continuing education courses to stay fresh with new real estate trends and changes to real estate law.
