- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services cover everything including the buyer's agent fee, listing broker fee, plus photography, videos, marketing, signage, lockboxes, showing services, brochures, etc. In addition, I commit to educating the buyer or seller on current market conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) with the Illinois Realtors Association. I have been a licensed Illinois Realtor since 2007.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with first time buyers, downsizers, relocation assistance, retirees, Vets, snow birds and move up buyers. I also work with local area property investors and have done my own flips in the historical district of Elgin. I work with short sales, foreclosures and distressed properties.
