They did good work overall and there was good value for what we got in return . We had them re-do our garage roof and soffits after a storm, replace our garage siding, and use their carpenter to replace our front awning. The carpenter did a good job with the demo and scratch fabrication of a new wooden awning over our front door. The roofing guys also did a solid job and I am happy with the end result.

Details: Full roof replacement • Roof is cracked or damaged • One story • Less than 500 sq ft • 10 - 20 years old • Asphalt shingles • Yes, fully approved claim • Home

I was very pleased with the process of getting a new roof. Our project manager, Tahsin, was extraordinary with recommending what was needed and best for our home, regardless of whether he would get the project or not. He worked with me to get the project down to a reasonable price from the number of competitive quotes I could choose from. His team finished my roof in a day. They were punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. I am more than pleased and highly recommend them!

Details: Full roof replacement • Roof lifespan is over • Roof is leaking or has water damage • One story • 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft • 20 - 30 years old • Asphalt shingles • Home

Tahsin was very responsive and provided a quote right away. He and his team came and assessed our window damage and helped us make a plan moving forward. Would definitely recommend!

Details: 2 - 4 windows • Window sealing • Water is leaking in • Double hung (slides up and down) • Fixed / picture (does not open) • Residential

We are very pleased of the quality of the work that was done on our deck. Please see attached pictures. It looks beautiful and durable! The project timeline took longer than I would have liked, but there were issues with the village's availability to inspect and provide permits. Tahsin readily responded to queries and I had tons! We would definitely recommend them to others and would rehire them for future projects.

Details: Remodel or renovation of existing deck or porch • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • Residential

Lakeshore took care of us from start to finish! They handled the claims with our insurance company and got us the best possible outcome. As a result, we were able to put on a new roof, gutters and siding. Tahsin, Juan, Carmen, and Susan were always there for us day or night!! The workers were professional and cleaned up after every job. The house looks great!! Thanks, Tahsin and Juan!!
