Frolkin & Sons installed my sump pump backup system, and I am very pleased with the service. Vassy, the installer, did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the installation professionally. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was cleaned up afterward, and he was friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Frolkin & Sons especially Vassy, for anyone needing sump pump or backup system installation. Top notch-answered all my questions and then some! Gave me honest answers and recommendations, didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary stuff, courteous and respectful to my home, did work quick and thoroughly. Beat all others price even with the hefty tip I included. Couldn't ask for more-will definately be using them for electrical work to see if they are just as good!
