- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of my clients are home and small business clients. My most common job types are virus fixes, laptop LCD replacements, system optimizations, server installs, home sharing, hardware replacements, and networking. I have recently expanded my business to wiring installation for businesses, iPad and iPhone screen replacements, and managed IT solutions.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Even if you don't hire me, please do your homework. As an IT consultant, I know it is very easy to talk over clients' heads and drive up costs however, I feel like if you leave with a good feeling about doing business with who you hire, you are very likely to become a repeat customer.
