While updating out R bathroom vanity we found that the tile underneath wasn’t replaced when the tile was previously updated. I reached out to Peter and the response was immediate. Within 48 Hrs the tile was completely removed and new tiles installed. We have another bathroom that we plan to update and will definitely be using Peter again.

We hired PYZ to replace an old vinyl tub surround with large format tile. Pete was responsive and got the work scheduled within a few days once we were ready to go. There were some initial miscommunications about the job and the materials needed, and at first we were concerned because the job was not fully finished as expected. However, once we communicated that to Pete, he followed up and sent out a different member of his team to finish the work to a higher standard at no extra charge. Overall we're very happy with the finished result and the price we paid.

They took down the century-old lath and concrete basement ceiling for my elderly parents. They were not the cheapest quote, but I trusted them more than the others, which is important to avoid damage. I saw them carrying loads of detrius to their van on the doorbell camera. Afterwards, they sent me pictures and a video, and based on that they left the basement in good shape, and the ceiling actually looks pretty good for a basement ceiling. They responded quickly and managed to fit this job in the available time-frame before plumbers and electricians came to replace pipes and wires.
