Peter and his crew just renovated my basement and did an amazing job. Not only was the price great, but the quality of work was outstanding. We asked him if he could start a month early and he accommodated us. They worked 6 days a week and had it finished in 3 weeks! We now have a beautiful gaming room, bedroom and bathroom. I would highly recommend PYZ.

We hired them to put drywall and a tile floor in our laundry room after a broken pipe caused water damage. They did a great job, and were very professional and punctual. I definitely recommend them.
Details: Floor • 101 - 200 sq ft • Concrete • Ceramic • No, but I will buy the tiles myself

They demoed my kitchen, were very accommodating with a tight work space, and also hauled away a hutch with the rest of the debris. A lot of problems were solved this work, and I look forward to a quote on additional projects.
I recently worked with Peter to demo my bathroom and install new tiles and bath fixtures. Peter was incredibly responsive, his team was in and out within a week and a half, and the work was quality. They did demo, uninstalled the toilet, did plumbing work for the new fixtures, tiled, painted, reinstalled baseboards, essentially everything we needed to finish the bathroom. During this renovation I worked with another contractor for a custom vanity and the contrast between Peter’s teams work and the other contractors work was stark. I would use Peter again in a heartbeat. There were 2 minor issues post install that he resolved quickly with no additional charge, showing he cares about the quality of his work. Do not hesitate to use him. Also, he was cheaper than other quotes I received.
Details: Bathroom • Floor • Tub or shower enclosure • 25 - 50 sq ft • Wood • Natural Stone • No, but I will buy the tiles myself
