- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing system. We estimate each project based on material costs and labor necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of the process is to meet and discuss different options and styles. We take accurate measurements of the property and provide an estimate. Once everything is agreed upon we will sign the contract. Once signed we will apply for and pick up all necessary permitting. Once permitting is approved we install the fence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud to say that our lead foreman is a Certified Fence Professional which is the highest accreditation offered by the American Fence Association. Other accreditations are the we are Certified Gate Operator Installers.
