Extra Services (Add-ons) • ❄️ Inside Refrigerator Cleaning – $20 • 🔥 Inside Oven Cleaning – $20 (Self-cleaning ovens must run the cycle one day before service) • 👕 Laundry Service (wash/dry/fold 1–2 loads) – $30 • 🧺 Folding Service (1–2 loads, already washed) – $30 • 🪟 Window Cleaning – available upon request With us, you’ll always receive flexibility, attention to detail, and fair pricing. 💲 Pricing Details Service cost may vary depending on: • 📅 Frequency of cleaning • 🏠 Size and overall condition of the home • 🐾 Whether pets live in the home • 👨👩👧 Number of people in the household • 🤝 Individual approach for every recurring customer I’m always open to negotiation and flexible with scheduling. My rates are fair, transparent, and based on years of professional experience. Flat-rate options are available and can be adjusted to your needs. 📌 Service Policies (Effective January 2025) With years of experience, we take pride in providing reliable, consistent, and trustworthy service. Late Cancellations Because we reserve a time specifically for you, please make any schedule changes before 12:00 p.m. the day prior to your appointment. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a $50 fee. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. Right to Refuse Service For the safety and well-being of our team, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if: • The home is in extreme condition, or • We feel unsafe or threatened upon arrival. In such cases, service will be declined on the spot and a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by carefully listening and gathering as many details about the home as possible. We ask about cleaning preferences—such as how you’d like the floors or bathrooms cleaned—and make sure to tailor the service to your needs. If there are pets, we also ask their names, behavior, and any special care instructions to ensure they feel comfortable during the cleaning.
